Available delivery methods are confirmed for each destination before payment. EMS and other international logistics services may be used where suitable.
Delivery method
Orders are dispatched from China. Depending on destination, product format and current carrier availability, we may use EMS or another international logistics provider. The proposed method is confirmed with the purchaser before payment.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guarantees. Customs processing, public holidays, weather, carrier disruptions and destination controls can affect arrival time.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, dispatch and tracking information is sent to the purchaser after the parcel has been accepted by the carrier. Tracking scans may take time to appear.
Customs and destination requirements
Import, prescription, customs, tax and purchaser requirements differ by destination. The recipient is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for meeting applicable local requirements. We review known delivery constraints but cannot guarantee customs clearance.
Delivery issues
Contact us promptly if tracking has not updated for an unusual period, the parcel appears damaged or the delivery information is incorrect. Keep the packaging, label and photographs where relevant so the carrier situation can be reviewed.
